Jayeon Story: a homestay selected two years in a row for the traditional Korean house branding contest
Jayeon Story was selected two years in a row for the traditional Korean house branding contest run by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2020. Its activity programs that weave together nature and history are cited as the reason. It is in the Museon-dong traditional house village at the edge of Duryunsan Mountain, about 5 km from Haenam-eup. The village was formed more than 30 years ago, and about 10 households now run traditional house homestays.
