Dolmens in Bangchuk-ri, Haenam, the Eunsan dolmen group, the largest in Haenam
In Bangchuk-ri, Hwasan-myeon, 53 dolmens are clustered within 80 m from north to south, all of the go-board type. It is the largest of the 88 dolmen groups in Haenam County, and it is also called the Eunsan Dolmen Group.

Korean dolmens fall into two main types. The table type has four supporting stones set up to form a stone chamber, topped with a large capstone. The go-board type has a stone chamber made underground, with the capstone placed on low supporting stones. Plain pottery and items such as stone knives and stone arrowheads were buried with the dolmens.
